Just in time to make your very own gnome for Christmas!
Wednesdays, December 6th, 13th and 20th; 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Have you wanted to jump on the gnome bandwagon but don't know were to start? Here is the class for you!
Gnorton is an intergnational gnome of mystery, changing gnames and passports. He’s a master of disguise, accent, and quick-change. His only weakness is needing to know his alias’ motivation. His bosses didn’t expect to need to be novelists.
A mix-and-match pattern, this gnome features choices in stitch patterns, heights, and details that you put together to make your own version of Gnorton come to life.
Here is what you will learn in the class
Skill level required: Advanced beginner knitter – intermediate knitter. Must be comfortable knitting and purling with basic increases and decreases. Also must know how to knit in the round either on DPNs or Magic-Loop
Materials: (please ensure that all materials are purchased prior to the class and yarn is wound into a ball (if purchased as a skein))
Note: the stuffing and pellets (used to give weight the bottom of the gnome) will be provided for each student
Gnome in picture was knit with worsted weight yarn and measures 11" tall
